Health & Fitness Instruction
At The Well, we will work directly with you to create your customized fitness program. We offer a simple fee schedule for both 30 or 60 minute personal training sessions.
We are not a membership facility and thus there are no hidden or additional costs. Your certified fitness professional will measure your starting point, create an action plan and then track your progress. Your trainer will coach you in an innovative and mindful exercise program to include core training, strength development, cardio-respiratory fitness, and nutritional guidance all geared to your specific goals.
Whether you want to lose weight, get stronger, have more energy or even train for a sport, The Well will be your partner as you enjoy the greater wellness, and satisfaction that comes with optimal fitness.
