Brian Wisely is an International Sports Sciences Association, Certified Personal Trainer. A lifelong fitness enthusiast and athlete, Brian is now the owner of The Well, Personal Fitness Studio. Brian’s approach to fitness and wellness centers on empowering individuals to implement fun and effective workout programs to improve their lives. Since 1996, he has guided hundreds in achieving their top fitness goals which has even included guiding clients to the top of mountains.
Formally educated in the fitness sciences at UC Irvine and the University of Hawaii, Brian relies on over fifteen years of experience as a top fitness professional. Brian created The Well in 2008 to provide a state-of-the-art fitness studio where his clients can find inspiration and the personal fulfillment that comes with optimum fitness.
Shawn Nethercott
Shawn is a professional personal trainer, certified by the American Council on Exercise. He is committed to promoting active, healthy lifestyles and their positive effects on the mind, body and spirit. Through proper diet, exercise and education Shawn believes anyone can reach their fitness goals and lead a happier, more fulfilled lifestyle. He enjoys the opportunity to develop relationships with his clients and work with them on a personal basis.
Shawn grew up in Texas where he played soccer, baseball and track. He values discipline and character which stem from his experience as an athlete and soldier of the US Army. His own experience practicing a healthy, active lifestyle is what fuels his passion for helping people reach their fitness goals. Shawn has been training since 2008, educating and developing customized strategies to keep each client interested and motivated while providing an effective work out.
Stephanie Chapel
Stephanie Chapel is a certified personal trainer who believes that healthy habits lead to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. She encourages and educates her clients on how to build and maintain healthy habits in order to obtain a “healthy” lifestyle. Her personal training believe lie in the idea that creating specific goals will ultimately lead to individual success.
Stephanie played volleyball at Laguna Beach High School achieving high accolades and then went on to achieve her goals of playing college volleyball. She competed at San Diego State University for three years receiving “rookie of the year” award and scholar athlete. She then played her last year at Concordia University, where she was an “All-American” and helped her team get 2nd place in the NAIA National Tournament.
Stephanie therefore has a knowledge of competetive athletics and the physical background of how to achieve athletic goals. She enjoys helping individuals not only reach their goals but also helps those reach their full potential.
Ryan Stephanie
Growing up in Northern California as an athlete and competitive bodybuilder, Ryan brings real life
experience to his training. A certified personal trainer for over eight years, Ryan’s training methodology is constructed around functional strength training with cardiovascular conditioning as a primary goal.
Ryan believes that 80% of body composition is determined by what we eat. So, he applies his advanced knowledge of nutrition science to be sure that each and every client is coached properly on the dietary modifications that will lead them in a clear direction to fitness success.
